New for 2018, our nod to the Great American Steakhouse is our way of showing our appreciation for the grand, turn-of-the-century dining experience.  Our steaks are thick and marbled, much like the men who drove the new, American economy and culture in the wake of Roosevelt’s “New Deal”.  

BBQ oysters, grilled octopus, prawns, and large, bone-in steaks and chops cooked to perfection are the highlighted items for this new menu.  Side dishes like caprese salad, grilled caeser, grilled asparagus, and other seasonal items compliment the meats.  

We bring our arsenal of grills and expert staff to execute live cooking at your venue, ensuring the enjoyment of your guests and only the freshest food.  Our skilled staff will set up, serve, and breakdown your event and clean up like nothing ever happened.
